Terms of Service

1. About MatchWiser

MatchWiser is a lead qualification widget platform operated by Cas UX Design LTDA, a company incorporated in Brazil ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using MatchWiser you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MatchWiser provides tooling to generate, configure, and deploy an AI-powered lead qualification widget on your website. The service includes:

  • —An onboarding editor to configure your widget
  • —A downloadable widget bundle (JavaScript file)
  • —A self-hosted proxy server template you deploy on your own infrastructure
  • —A configuration assistant powered by an AI language model

3. Self-hosted infrastructure

The widget proxy server runs on your own infrastructure — not MatchWiser's. You are solely responsible for deploying, maintaining, and securing your proxy server, including setting your own AI provider API key. MatchWiser has no access to your proxy server, your visitors' conversations, or any leads captured through your widget.

You are the data controller for all personal data processed by your widget. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in relation to your visitors.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MatchWiser to:

  • —Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • —Collect personal data without a valid legal basis or without informing your visitors
  • —Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content through the widget
  • —Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the MatchWiser platform without authorisation
  • —Use the configuration assistant to generate content unrelated to widget setup

5. AI-generated content

MatchWiser uses large language models (LLMs) to power its configuration assistant and, when deployed, your widget's conversations. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated widget configuration before publishing it to your visitors.

6. Intellectual property

The MatchWiser platform, branding, and original code are the intellectual property of Cas UX Design LTDA. The widget configuration you create using MatchWiser belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over the content, copy, or configuration you produce.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

MatchWiser is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Cas UX Design LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of MatchWiser, including damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of MatchWiser after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
